3) The NextHome Concierge team will text your client to set up a time to present all plans with one simple phone call, saving them time and money. They’ll also assist with mail forwarding via USPS.
4) Throughout the process, you have full visibility of all progress. Your agent dashboard will show all activity between the NextHome Concierge team and your clients: when they were contacted, what form of communication was used, and what utility services they established.
5) Last but not least, the NextHome Concierge team will ask your clients for referrals, feeding your sales pipeline. They’ll also follow up as utility and insurance plans come up for renewal, keeping you top of mind.
Your client will receive a detailed email confirmation with all the details they need to access their utility accounts. Of course, this important recap email will have your name and contact information.
