Each year, agents will continue to use mobile devices more than personal desktop computers. As a forty-five year veteran of the real estate industry, I bring a wealth of experience in many phases of the business of real estate. My successful real estate experience includes brokerage, land development, construction, investment and property management.  The successful seventeen-acre Cross Creek Ranch subdivision in Montecito is but one example. Our subsidiary, T3 Property Management, offers state-of-the-art management services.

Our Agent Franchise Royalty Fee Structure is as simple as you can get. We offer two models; a very low monthly flat rate fee, or a gross commission income fee. In either case, there are no surprises. No extra fees, period.

CHANGE FROM MONTHLY FEE TO COMMISSION-BASED

We also offer our agents the option to change plans every six months. Why change plans you ask? One common reason is seasonal. During the slower winter season agents can go on the commission split.
